Vietnam Float Glass has sold its stocks in Nippon Sheet Glass to Viglacera Corporation
Tokyo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Vietnam Float Glass in the sale of its stocks in Nippon Sheet Glass to Viglacera Corporation.
Being the pioneer in utilizing Japan-originated advanced float process in Vietnam, VFG has been engaging in the manufacturing and sale of float glass since its commencement of commercial sale in 1999, 4 years after its establishment. VFG products have won prestige in the market for word-class quality. Their glass products have made their presence in many overseas markets such as Japan, India, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, and Brazil.
Nippon Sheet Glass is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of glass and glazing products for the architectural and automotive markets. With over 25,000 employees, they have principal operations around the world and sales in over 100 countries.
Viglacera Corporation is a construction materials company of Vietnam, manufacturing and selling ceramic floor tiles, stone floor tiles, wall tiles, cotto tiles, bricks, float glass, and plumbing fixtures such as sinks and toilets.
