VK architects+engineers has acquired 100% of the shares of Van Looy Group and subsidiary Exilab
Brussels – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Van Looy Group and its subsidiary Exilab in the sale of 100% of its shares to VK architects+engineers.
Van Looy is a multidisciplinary consultancy, engineering and implementation company in the logistics industry providing services such as build-to-suit warehouses, distribution centres, hubs and sorting platforms. Its subsidiary Exilab is the equivalent multidisciplinary consultancy, engineering and implementation company for a full range of labs (cleanrooms, labs for analytical and quality testing, biosafety, R&D, incubator and production labs). Both companies operate independently from each other. The team totals approximately 40 engineers, consultants, architects, CAD designers and project managers.
Owned by Belgian private equity firm Down2Earth, VK offers architectural, engineering and infrastructural design solutions in 4 markets (Healthcare, Buildings, Industry and Infrastructure) and is active in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain and Vietnam. For more than 65 years, approximately 450 of their experts have provided services to 12,500 projects.
