Wais AB has been acquired by Sertion
Gothenburg – CFI is pleased to announce that is acted as exclusive financial advisor to Wais AB in connection with its acquisition by Sertion.
Wais was founded in 2015 when the current owners left their jobs to start up Wais AB. Wais offers a competitive offer in heating boiler service and maintenance, flue gas purification, mechanical work and fan service. The company focuses on service and maintenance of large boilers such as those at CHP plants. The company has historically had its customer base in southern Sweden but is now starting to look at assignments throughout Sweden. In 2024, the company had a turnover of approximately SEK 85 million with good profitability.
Sertion is a group of expert companies within pipework and plumbing. Sertion’s focus is design, installation, and service of water, heating, sanitation systems, industrial piping, and energy gas solutions. Sertion is headquartered in Örebro. The group has 600 employees and a turnover of 1.5 billion SEK. Sertion secures the flow in buildings and businesses, enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and quality of life. Sertion is majority-owned by Consolid Equity.
