Wiver has been sold to Logistic Force, a portfolio company of FIELDS Group


Amsterdam – CFI is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Wiver in its sale to Logistic Force, a portfolio company of FIELDS Group.

About Wiver
Wiver, founded in 1986 and headquartered in Eemnes, is a leading Dutch specialist provider of blue collar workers to the moving, transport and logistic sectors. Due to Wiver’s extensive network, the company is able to provide highly sought-after professionals. With ten branches spread across the Netherlands and 320 temporary workers on a daily basis, Wiver is the go-to staffing agency for movers, truck drivers, and warehouse employees. 

About Logistic Force
Logistic Force is a comprehensive HR service provider specialising in the transport and logistics sector. The staffing agency aids organisations in fulfilling their flexible workforce needs in logistics, production, metal, transport, and engineering. The company maintains a pool of independently residing employees throughout the Netherlands. With 17 branches across the country and its own Academy, Logistic Force is well-positioned to provide extensive human resource solutions.

About the transaction
The ambition to sell was driven by Wiver’s strategic vision for accelerated growth and enhanced opportunities in collaboration with a new partner. By combining resources, market insights, and the collective strengths of both entities, Wiver aims to achieve a more robust and dynamic market presence. For Logistic Force, the acquisition enhances its commercial coverage in the Netherlands and gains access to the market for supplying recognised moving companies. Together, both companies anticipate surpassing €120 million in revenue for 2023. The merged entity will harness synergies to drive innovation, capture untapped market share, and ultimately emerge as a formidable player in the industry.

CFI’s role in the process
CFI was invited by the shareholders of Wiver to oversee the sales process. Utilising CFI’s comprehensive market knowledge and extensive network in Staffing & HR services, CFI played a crucial role in aiding Wiver to identify a fitting partner with aligned ambitions. Subsequently, CFI managed the process, resulting in a successful transaction on 30 November 2023.
