Detroit, MI – CFI (PMCF) is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive investment banker to Wm. Crook Fire Protection Co. (“Crook Fire” or the “Company”) in its sale to Viking Fire Protection Group (“Viking”), a subsidiary of APi Group Corporation (NYSE: APG) (“APi”).
Founded in 1963 and headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, Crook Fire is an established leader in fire suppression system design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance/repair services across the Midwest. Crook Fire offers a full suite of services from conceptual design to repairs/upgrades for above & below ground, water-based, and special hazard fire suppression systems.
