Xwift has acquired Jetcar Expressdienst from management and private investors


Antwerp – CFI is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Xwift, in the acquisition of Jetcar Expressdienst from management and private investors.

Xwift is a dynamic road transportation company specialised in express and dedicated delivery of goods of all sizes and weights throughout Europe, operating 24/7 all year round. In addition, the company’s services extend to providing storage solutions through its warehouse, alongside offering order picking and value-added logistics services such as packaging, repackaging, and labeling.

From rapid transport services to tailored logistical projects, Jetcar Expressdienst offers a comprehensive suite of options to address diverse logistical needs from its headquarters in Lokeren, Belgium. Its team of dedicated couriers and support staff is available around the clock, ensuring precise, efficient deliveries.

About the transaction
Xwift’s acquisition of Jetcar Expressdienst is a strategic step to expand its express delivery services across more regions, industries, and clients. By combining resources and expertise, both companies are set to enhance service capabilities and drive substantial growth, aligning with Xwift’s goal of exceeding 100 million euros in revenue. This partnership strengthens Jetcar Expressdienst’s operational reach, while providing Xwift with a robust foundation for further expansion in transport and distribution solutions.

CFI’s role in the process
Building on its longstanding relationship with Xwift and following successful collaborations on five transactions between October 2023 and January 2024, CFI was engaged to oversee the acquisition of Jetcar Expressdienst. CFI’s role included negotiating terms, structuring the deal, coordinating due diligence, managing valuation, and arranging financing. Through close cooperation with all parties, CFI ensured a seamless transaction that aligned with the strategic goals of both companies, culminating in a successful closing on 5 November 2024.
