Zabala Innovation Consulting has acquired ECDF
Warsaw – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Zabala Innovation Consulting in its acquisition of ECDF.
Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Pamplona, Zabala Innovation is an independent international consultancy specialising in R&D and innovation management. With around 600 professionals across 13 offices in Europe, the firm supports enterprises, as well as regional, national, and European institutions, in designing and financing their innovation strategies.
Operating since 2003, ECDF is one of the longest-established EU grant and funding advisory firms in Poland. With a team of experienced specialists and more than 2,160 grants secured over two decades, ECDF provides end-to-end support – from selecting the right source of financing, through securing funds, to the safe settlement of projects – for businesses, local governments, and healthcare and education institutions.
With this acquisition, Zabala Innovation Consulting expandes its European reach, internationalisation and expertise in Polish R&D&I funding.
