Temis Luxury has acquired Veron Grauer
Paris – CFI is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Temis Luxury in its acquisition of Swiss company Véron Grauer.
The buyer, Temis Luxury, is the French leader in transport & services of luxury goods, including leather goods, accessories and fashion items.
Owned by Deutsche Post DHL Group, Véron Grauer (VG) is one of the key companies to provide global secure transportation and logistics solutions for precious cargo. With secured offices and warehouses in Geneva and Neuchatel, the company operates in more than 100 countries over the globe.
The acquisition of VG will accelerate the development of its forwarding business and offers a global presence to the group. Temis Luxury total revenues will now approach €100m.
