Sébastien has 15 years of experience in M&A. He has been working in Paris for Athema until 2015, where he participated in many mid cap transactions in various sectors (transport, media, retail, real estate, hospitality). He moved to Belgium in 2016 and contributed to the formation of the Belgium office for a small & mid-cap international M&A network. He joined CFI in 2019 with the responsibility of developing opportunities in Belgium and Northern France. He graduated from Edhec Business School (MSc Finance).
