CFI United Kingdom named Wales’ most active M&A advisor in 2020

CFi United Kingdom has been named Wales’ most active financial M&A advisor in 2020.

The firm advised on 11 transactions in the region during the year.

In an overview of the sector, Experian Market IQ revealed both deal volume and value rallied towards of the end of 2020 in Wales, despite the ongoing Covid-19 crisis.

The number of transactions recorded within the country fell by one in comparison to the previous year (225 to 224), while at the same time the values of these deals increased significantly from £1.6bn to £2.9bn – this was the second highest figure recorded within the last decade.
