This development marks a pivotal moment for Anteos, transitioning from a domestic player into an integral part of a well-established international platform and enhancing its service offerings and ensuring an even higher standard of support and quality for its clients.

Backed by over 10 corporate finance professionals operating from both Milan and Turin offices, CFI Italy benefits from a diverse team with expertise in corporate finance and private capital investments, having successfully facilitated over 80 transactions totalling over €950M in the past decade, including numerous IPOs, M&As, and private equity deals. This new office will expand our expertise in Southern Europe, and expound the offerings available to every CFI client.
