Profile
Mario graduated in Business Economics and Management from the University of Turin and has built a distinguished career in corporate finance. From 2011 to 2020, he served as Head of Corporate Finance at an independent consulting firm, overseeing over 50 transactions totaling more than €500M, including Italy’s pioneering MiniBond issuance. He is also a Board Member and Vice-Chairman of a local bank, bringing extensive expertise in financial management. In 2020, he founded CFI Italy (formerly Anteos), where he serves as CEO.
