The shareholders of Grupa Nowy Szpital have sold a 100% stake in the company to Penta Hospitals International
Warsaw – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as financial co-adviser to the shareholders of Grupa Nowy Szpital in the transaction of sale of 100% stake in the company to Penta Hospitals International.
Grupa Nowy Szpital dates back to 2005 and it currently is the leading network of Polish hospitals funded by general health insurance. The group is present in 3 voivodeships, managing 10 hospitals, a number of outpatient clinics, as well as providing emergency services and long-term care for its patients.
Penta Hospitals International (PHI) is the biggest international chain of hospitals and outpatient clinics in the Central and Eastern Europe, present in Poland via EMC Instytut Medyczny. With over 13,000 employees and 90 health facilities across Europe, they centre the ideals of respect, responsibility and teamwork in each of their facilities.
