Illan has graduated with a Master of Science in Investment Banking from Neoma Business School in 2014 and with a Master in Business Law from Université Paris Panthéon La Sorbonne.
He started his professional life abroad as an M&A Analyst at Natixis CIB APAC (Hong Kong) in 2015 where he worked for Chinese conglomerates and Asian large cap corporates. In 2017, he worked as a Senior M&A Analyst at Verdier & Co (London), a smid cap M&A boutique specialised in Healthcare, TMT and Cleantech on cross-border deals. In 2018 he joined the Transaction Services Department of PwC where he worked on a large number of Due Diligence mandates, both buy side and sell side for corporates and PE funds.
Finaly in March 2022 Illan joined CFI France as Vice President to help develop the Food & Beverage sector.
