Alice brings solid experience in M&A and Transaction Services. After four years at PwC, between Padua and Milan, she joined Equita Mid Cap Advisory, where she managed numerous M&A projects, working with both entrepreneurs and institutional investors. At Equita, she also served as Coordinator for Clairfield International, the firm’s international network.
