With nearly seven years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance, Eduard has developed a solid track record in executing complex transactions across the Software and IT Services sector. He brings a strong, well-connected network that spans the tech ecosystem—from innovative software and IT services providers to prominent private equity investors.

Before joining CFI, Eduard was with Carlsquare, where he focused on mandates in Software & IT Services, Business Services, and Consumer Goods. His earlier career includes roles at IKB Deutsche Industriebank, Deutsche Börse, and KPMG, equipping him with a broad and insightful perspective on financial markets and advisory services.

Eduard is known for his deep understanding of the needs of entrepreneurs, corporates, and investors. His strategic thinking and relationship-driven approach make him a trusted advisor, particularly in the fast-moving tech landscape. At CFI, he enhances the firm’s deal origination and execution capabilities, supporting its mission to deliver high-quality M&A advisory in this strategically important industry.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Trier and a Master’s degree in Finance from Goethe University Frankfurt, complemented by international academic experience at the University of Wolverhampton and Bocconi University in Milan.
