Eduardo Vallim has a broad range of local and global experience in the areas of corporate finance and transaction services. He participated in more than 50 transactions on the buy and sell side and developed value-creation analysis for strategic and financial clients. Prior to joining the CFI Group, he was a Deal Advisory & Strategy Manager at KPMG. Eduardo holds a Magna Cum Laude degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in Accounting, with emphasis in Finance. He also studied Capital Markets and Finance in the UFRJ Institute of Economics.
