Reolon has been acquired by Alper Seguros
São Paulo – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Reolon in connection with its sale to Alper Seguros.
Reolon is a regional insurance brokerage firm based in the Midwest region of Brazil, a key agribusiness hub in Brazil. With over 40 years of experience, the company specializes in corporate and agribusiness insurance, managing a portfolio of over BRL 70 million in premiums.
Alper Seguros is one of Brazil’s leading independent insurance brokerage firms, with nationwide operations and a diversified portfolio across corporate, benefits, and agribusiness insurance segments. The company has been actively expanding through acquisitions to strengthen its regional presence and sector expertise.
With this acquisition, Alper expands its presence into the state of Mato Grosso and strengthens its position in the agribusiness insurance segment.
