Olivier Dupont was the founder of Demeter Partners, of which he was Chairman of the Management Board until 2015, then Chairman of the Supervisory Board until 2018. Olivier turned to venture capital in 1988 after a career as a major export project engineer. From 2000 to 2005, he was in the Caisse des Dépôts group, deputy director of CDC Entreprises-FP Gestion, responsible for the public fund for venture capital and the promotion fund for venture capital. Before that, he successively managed SNVB participations (CIC Group), BTP Capital, the investment department of Crédit du Nord and the private equity department at Société Générale.
