Patrick joined CFI in 2022 and has more than five years of experience in (distressed) M&A and corporate finance, with transaction experience in special situations, successions and refinancing.
He has successfully executed multiple buy- and sell-side M&A transactions across the entire deal lifecycle, supporting clients through complex and time-sensitive processes.
His transaction experience spans a range of industries, including automotive, robotics, mechanical and plant engineering, recycling, and renewable energy, providing him with deep sector insights and a hands-on approach to navigating challenging environments.
Patrick graduated from the University of Bristol with a MSc in Accounting and Finance
