Philippe Lazare is an experienced Senior Executive with a track record of over 25 years leading a diverse range of international companies.
Philippe was CEO of Ingenico from 2007-2010 and chairman of the Board from 2010-2018. During his tenure Philippe accompanied the company in their transformation from pure hardware designer to a provider of payment secured transactions. He is currently Non-Executive Director of Bureau Veritas and member of the Audit and Risks committee. Philippe was awarded the French Légion d’honneur in 2007.
