Sam has been a member of CFI UK’s transaction team since 2015 and advises on a range of Corporate Finance services, including management buy-outs, disposals, fundraisings, acquisitions and restructurings, both in the UK and internationally. He is also responsible for leading CFI UK’s extensive industry and client research and analysis function.
