Cardiff based daycare Hollies Nursery has been acquired by Happy Days Nurseries
Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Hollies Nursery on its sale to Happy Days Nurseries.
The Hollies Daycare Nursery was established in March 2002 and quickly gained an excellent reputation for providing first class quality of care for children from 6 weeks to 8 years and one of the largest independent settings in Wales. The Hollies now accommodates 148 children providing them with exciting learning opportunities and stimulating play experiences.
Happy Days Nurseries and Pre-Schools expand into Wales with the acquisition of The Hollies Daycare Nursery.
