Profile
Simon has significant experience in advising private companies and shareholders on a range of Corporate Finance advisory services, including disposals, management buy-outs, fundraisings and restructurings, both in the UK and internationally. The majority of Simon’s recent experience has been advising companies and shareholders on succession and disposal strategies across a range of industries.
Simon’s sector experience is varied and includes Human Capital, Business Services, Healthcare, and Food & Consumer Goods. Simon co-leads CFI UK’s Human Capital team.
Prior to joining CFI UK, Simon worked for KPMG Corporate Finance where he specialised in advising private and institutionally backed businesses on fundraisings and disposals.
Simon is a Business Economics and Accounting graduate from Southampton University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.
