The Indigo Group has acquired BMSL Group
Cardiff – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as lead financial advisor to The Indigo Group on its acquisition of BMSL Group.
Indigo is one of the UK’s leading providers of commercial contracting, worker engagement and payroll solutions. The acquisition will push group revenue towards £600 million per annum.
BMSL Group is one of the UK’s leading recruitment companies operating in the construction and transport sectors. In terms of day-to-day activities, both Indigo and BMSL will continue to operate as separate divisions of the Group.
