Tiago Oliveira has 20 years of experience working with consulting firms, including stints at EY and KPMG. He is the founder of BR Experts, an accounting BPO firm sold in 2024 to BHub in a strategic M&A transaction. He led the entire transaction process, from preparation to post-merger, with practical experience in valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration. At BR Experts, he advised and prepared more than 50 companies for sales processes, combining strategic accounting, financial organization, and market insight. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Structuring Companies in Distress (INSPER), Business Management (USP), and Leadership (ISCTE – Portugal).
