Milan – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Akronos Technologies S.r.l., a leading company in high-tech engineering services and innovation, in the acquisition of the entire share capital of D.&P. Development and Production of Electronic Systems S.r.l.

D.&P. is an Italian company specializing in the design and development of high-performance electronic systems, modules, subsystems, and ATE solutions for advanced industrial and technological applications.

The company operates in highly specialized sectors such as defense, aerospace, avionics, naval and submarine systems, radar, and radio communications, collaborating with leading industrial players.

The transaction aims to consolidate Akronos Group’s presence in both the domestic and international markets through the integration of complementary technological expertise, further enhancing the Group’s competitive edge.
