Alfa Meccanica has been acquired by LMA
Milan – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Alfa Meccanica in the sale of 99% of the company’s share capital to Lavorazione Meccanica per Aeronautica (LMA).
Alfa Meccanica specializes in high-precision mechanical machining for the aerospace sector, producing structures and components for both civil aviation and space applications.
The acquisition by LMA, supported by Orienta Capital Partners, represents a strategically significant move, enabling the completion of the high-precision mechanical processing value chain for the aerospace sector while activating strong operational, technological, and commercial synergies. This transaction allows the group to offer an integrated portfolio of solutions to its clients, spanning from the design to the production of complex components. It reinforces the achievements of the previous management and ensuring business continuity.
