AMAG Group Ag has acquired the business of Helion from Bouygues E&S Schweiz AG
Zurich – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to AMAG Group Ag in its acquisition of the business of Helion, Switzerland’s largest photovaltaics-installer, from Bouygues E&S Schweiz AG.
AMAG Group AG employs roughly 6,000 employees and is active in automobile import, retail and leasing among other businesses. AMAG is the exclusive distributor of the Audi, Skoda, VW and Porsche in Switzerland, and is proud of its customer-oriented approach to automobile retail, ensuring that all its professionals are highly trained and knowledgeable about available products.
The seller, Bouygues Energy & Services Schweiz AG belongs to the French conglomerate Bouygues Construction, which has an annual turnover ~EUR 32 Mrd. Their products are related to buildings, sites and larger infrastructures, where they focus on sustainability and digital solutions that improve the quality of life.
Helion is the largest installer of photovoltaic panels, heat pumps and electric vehicle charging stations in Switzerland, employing roughly 500 employees.
