Amifar Laboratorios has secured a €15M long-term agreement with Santander SMART to support its expansion plan
Madrid – CFI Spain is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Amifar Laboratorios in acquiring a €15M long-term framework financing agreement with Santander SMART to support its ambitious expansion plan.
Amifar Laboratories is a company in Granada, (Spain) dedicated to the development of cosmetic products with more than 40 years of experience in the creation of formulas dedicated to skincare. With this loan, it looks to expand internally, as well as diversifying their innovative product ranges for the pharmaceutical and medical markets.
Santander Smart is a debt fund that supports Spanish SMEs in the development and execution of their business plans, giving long term support to help their customers in all phases of their growth. The financing will be used to invest in acquisitions, in order to promote its international presence in companies in the sector.
The loan was secured on 1 December 2020.
