Aperitivos Snack has acquired La Gaviota Alimentación

Madrid – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Aperitivos Snack in its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the Canary Islands company, La Gaviota Alimentación.

Founded in 1987, Aperitivos Snack S.A. is a leading family company in the production and sale of snacks in Gran Canaria (Spain).

La Gaviota Alimentación S.L. is a company specialising in the dried fruit and nuts category in the regional market of the Canary Islands. Founded in 1982, they have since added other food products to their portfolio, such as cereals, seeds and spices.
