The transaction marks a strategic move in the training domain for process operators, leveraging VAPRO’s strong reputation in this market. CFI’s role in the process
Given the longstanding relationship between Arnold Participaties and CFI, and CFI’s dedicated focus on and expertise in the HR services domain, Arnold Participaties invited CFI to serve as their trusted buy-side advisor. CFI assisted Arnold Participaties with the due diligence trajectory, valuation, deal structuring and negotiations, which ultimately resulted in a successful transaction closed on 16 February 2024.
