Athena Holding has acquired Tessilbiella S.r.l.

Milan – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as financial advisor to Athena Holding in connection with the acquisition of Tessilbiella S.r.l., a Biella-based company specializing in the design, production and distribution of wool and noble fibre fabrics for the luxury fashion sector, with a distinctive positioning in womenswear.

Founded in 1958 in Vigliano Biellese by Adriano Crosa, Tessilbiella has proprietary dyeing and finishing capabilities and an annual production capacity exceeding 1.5 million metres of fabric.

The transaction benefited from financial support provided by Intesa Sanpaolo. Alongside Athena Holding, several family offices and individual investors participated in the investment. Following the transaction, the Crosa family will reinvest in the Company, retaining a 30% stake and continuing in their respective operational roles.

The investment will support Tessilbiella’s next phase of growth, both organically and through potential external acquisitions.
