Atmos has been sold to Foot Locker, Inc.
Tokyo – Frontier Management Inc. (CFI Japan) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Text Trading Co., Ltd. (atmos) in its sale to Foot Locker, Inc.
atmos operates a network of 49 stores worldwide, including 39 in Japan, under the atmos and atmos pink banners.
atmos will maintain its brand name, preserving the atmos identity, brand ethos, and unique value proposition as part of the Foot Locker family of brands. Foot Locker is committed to building on atmos’s strong foundation to propel the brand into its next phase of growth.
