Award-winning staffing company Prodea has been acquired by Consolid
Stockholm – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Prodea in its acquisition by Consolid.
Prodea was founded in 2016 with the vision of establishing itself as a specialized staffing agency for companies in production, primarily within the medical and food industries. Today, Prodea is established with several of the larger personnel-intensive companies that have a significant need for staffing services, where Prodea acts as a long-term HR partner and staffing expert. Since 2019, the company has been one of the fastest-growing companies in Sweden, resulting in three DI Gazelle awards, and in 2024, they were awarded the DI Master Gazelle.
Consolid is a financial buyer that invests in businesses with clear and significant growth and development ambitions. Consolid employs an accelerated buy-and-build strategy and consolidates private small-cap companies across Northern Europe, with a particular focus on business services within the Nordic region.
