Brussels – Corporate Finance International (‘CFI’) is pleased to announce that they acted as financial advisor to Axis Group in the acquisition of Rainbow Resources Group NV.
The Axis Group was established in 1996 and has since been known for its rigorous quality standards in HR Services, this within a number of specific sectors: Insurance, Banking & Finance, Human Resources & Legal. Axis Group is operating in Belgium, Luxemburg and The Netherlands realising in total ca 12,5m sales with ca 51 internal people.
Rainbouw Resources Group is a small 10 people strong recruitment & temping company with offices in Brussels and Mechelen and focusing on white collar office & administrative functions
