Warsaw – CFI Poland is pleased to announce that they acted as an exclusive financial adviser to the owners of Alvo, the leading Polish manufacturer and integrator of OR equipment in the process of obtaining mezzanine financing by BHM Group.
BHM group is Czech a family office investment fund established by Tomas Krsek, who is a long-term successful entrepreneur and a former owner and leader of a large industrial group Skoda Transportation.
Alvo is the leading Polish manufacturer and integrator of operating rooms equipment.
CFI Poland reached numerous leading PE/mezzanine players and supported the owners in transaction structuring and final negotiations with Czech family office BHM Group.
The deal comprised convertible loan with option to sell a minority stake to the investor at conversion.
The transaction closed in October 2019.
