Bioforce AG acquired the shares it did not already own in its UK distributor Bioforce UK Ltd.
Zurich – CFI Switzerland is pleased to announce that they supported Bioforce AG, Switzerland in the acquisition of the shares it did not already own in its UK distributor Bioforce UK Ltd.
The company had been founded as a joint venture (Bioforce AG participation 25%) to distribute A.Vogel products in the UK. Due to the retirement of the Managing Shareholders, Bioforce AG took over the shares it did not already own to make Bioforce UK Ltd. a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Bioforce AG develops and produces phytopharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and food supplements for international distribution. Besides its products, the philosophy of Bioforce is to focus on comprehensive and well-founded information on health topics. Bioforce has 350 employees and generates sales of approx. CHF 110 m.
Bioforce UK Ltd. is the exclusive distributor of A. Vogel / Bioforce products in the UK.
The transaction close don 31. August 2019.
