Botkyrka VVS & Fastighetsservice AB, ELIN i Stockholm AB och SDC Stockholm Design & Construction AB have been sold to Assemblin
Gothenburg – CFI Sweden is pleased to announce that they acted as as financial advisor and project manager to Botkyrka VVS & Fastighetsservice AB, ELIN i Stockholm AB och SDC Stockholm Design & Construction AB on their sale to Assemblin.
The three companies (Botkyrka VVS & Fastighetsservice AB, ELIN i Stockholm AB och SDC Stockholm Design & Construction AB ) have been acquired from the majority owner Bröderna Brolins Fastigheter AB and are specialised within RCE, often on common projects and service assignments. The acquired operations were part of the Comfort chain, where they previously have been awarded “Årets Service- och Entreprenadföretag” (Service and Contracting Company of the Year). Together, the companies had revenues of approximately SEK 125 million in 2019/2020, with strong profitability and a total of 42 employees.
Assemblin is an end-to-end installation and service partner with operations in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The company has annual sales of SEK 10 billion and has approximately 5,900 employees. Since 2015, Assemblin’s main owner has been Triton.
The transaction closed on 3 July 2020.
