Brigo AB has been acquired by Götessons Design Group
Stockholm – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Brigo AB in its acquisition by Götessons Design Group.
Brigo is a Swedish manufacturing partner headquartered in Mölndal, with its own production facilities in Poland. Since its founding in 2002, the company has established itself as a flexible and reliable partner for businesses across multiple industries.
Brigo offers comprehensive solutions and specializes in product development, manufacturing, customer-specific projects, material selection, and volume production. Through close collaboration with its customers, the company helps bring ideas to life and create sustainable products with high quality and production efficiency. Brigo has built long-term and close partnerships with well-known companies, including Götessons Design Group. The company generates approximately SEK 154 million in revenue and employs around 140 people.
Götessons was founded in 1984 and has since developed into an international group offering a comprehensive range of workplace solutions and interior design for commercial environments. Prior to the acquisition, the group consisted of Akustikmiljö i Falkenberg, David Design, Scan Sørlie, and Norco Interior. Before the acquisition, Götessons Design Group had a revenue of approximately SEK 1.4 billion and around 550 employees.
Götessons Design Group is majority-owned by Accent Equity.
