CFI advised Allcom on its sale to Hili Ventures
Warsaw –Â CFI Poland is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Allcom on its sale to Hili Ventures.
ALLcom Sp. z o. o. (‘Allcom’) is a dynamically growing freight forwarding company and customs agency providing comprehensive freight forwarding to/from every place in the world. The company is a leading player in the Polish freight forwarding market. From its offices at Gdynia and port offices at Gdynia and Gdansk on the south coast of the Baltic Sea, Warsaw and Bydgoszcz, Allcom’s team of more than 50 staff share a wealth of expertise and connections to a robust global network of agencies.
Allcom’s core business is door-to-door and port-to-door freight forwarding of containerised cargo, including food products, chemicals and construction materials. The company provides customs clearance, reloadings and warehousing solutions at its customs warehouses. Allcom also delivers LCL (less than container load) services, air cargo shipments and project cargo, besides trucking and chartering vessels. The team will continue to be led by managing director Pawel Skriabin.
Hili Ventures, the multi-disciplinary group, headquartered in Malta, operating in nine countries from the Mediterranean to Central and Eastern Europe. Through six divisions, Hili Ventures is engaged in multi-sited activities in partnership with McDonald’s and Apple, logistics, engineering, technology and property, thanks to 8,000 people.
CFI Poland co-ordinated the process of seeking bids, helped evaluate them and assisted Allcom’s owners in negotiations. The sale agreement with Hili Ventures from Malta was signed in May 2016, and the transaction closed on 16 September 2016 after regulatory approval was received.
