CFI advised Amforge Industries on the repurchase of its shares from the shareholders
Mumbai – CFI India acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to Amforge Industries Limited on the repurchase of its shares from the shareholders.
Amforge Industries Limited is into trading business and is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. CFI India was appointed to handle the buyback process and help the company in repurchasing its shares.
