CFI advised AS Aufzuege on its acquisition of Swiss Allift

Zurich – CFI Switzerland acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to AS Aufzuege on its acquisition of Swiss Allift.

AS Aufzuege is the leading brand-independent Swiss elevator construction and service company. The company employs 800 people in the areas of consulting, planning, installation and service of elevators and escalators. With a nationwide network, AS Aufzuege is the largest independent player in the Swiss market.

Allift AG is an independent elevator installation and service company and an important regional player in the canton of Zurich.

AS Aufzuege AG acquired 100% of the shares of Allift AG from the owning family. The transaction is part of the succession plan within the Mueller family and part of the nationwide expansion plans of AS Aufzuege.
