CFI advised AS Aufzüge on its acquisition of GTA Solutions
Zurich – CFI Switzerland acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to AS Aufzüge on its acquisition of GTA Solutions from the Kaeppeli Group.
AS Aufzüge is the leading brand-independent Swiss elevator construction and service company. The company employs 800 people in the areas of consulting, planning, installation and service of elevators and escalators. With a nationwide network, AS Aufzüge is the largest independent player in the Swiss market.
GTA Solutions is an independent elevator installation and service company, active mainly in Switzerland with focus on the canton of Aargau surrounding cantons. The Kaeppeli Group is a Swiss family-owned holding company with diverse interests in automobile retailing, construction and elevator installation and service. The group is owned by the Kaeppeli familiy.
