CFI advised AURELIUS Equity Opportunities on the sale of brightONE Netherlands to Fellowmind (fmr. CRM Partners Group)
Amsterdam – CFI is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive sell-side corporate finance advisor to AURELIUS Equity Opportunities (‘AURELIUS’) on the exit of brightONE IT Services (‘brightONE Netherlands’ or the ‘Company’) to Fellowmind (fmr. CRM Partners Group).
