Bioforce AG, Switzerland acquired the remaining shares in joint venture Bioforce Denmark A/S, Denmark
Zurich – CFI Switzerland is pleased to announce that they supported Bioforce AG, Switzerland in the acquisition of the shares it did not already own in the joint venture with Bioforce Denmark A/S, Denmark. Prior to closing the transaction, Bioforce AG had a minority interest in Bioforce Denmark A/S.
Bioforce AG develops and produces phytopharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and food supplements for international distribution. Besides its products, the philosophy of Bioforce is to focus on comprehensive and well-founded information on health topics. Bioforce has 350 employees and generates sales of approx. CHF 110 m.
Bioforce Denmark A/S is the exclusive distributor of Bioforce products in Denmark. The company is run by the founder and owner.
The parties agreed not to disclose further transaction details.
The transaction closed on 1 January 2019.
