CFI advised Eliantie on its sale to ProData Consult

Amsterdam – CFI is pleased to announce it acted as the exclusive corporate finance advisor to the shareholders of E’liantie B.V. (‘Eliantie’ or the ‘Company’) on the sale to ProData Consult A/S (‘ProData Consult’), the leading business and IT consultancy firm in Denmark with presence in Sweden, Norway, Poland, Germany and the Netherlands with turnover in excess of EUR 90 million.

Eliantie, founded in 1989, provides high-end IT professionals with expertise and knowledge in the fields of IT infrastructure, software development and testing. Spanning many years, the Company’s expertise has evolved into unsurpassed quality consultancy catering to its clients across an array of industries, such as the financial, food, energy and government markets. Prestigious clients include Heineken, Delta Lloyd and Allseas. Mr Jeroen Diederik (CEO) and Mr Maurice Blanken (CCO), who are at the helm of the nearly sixth lustrum celebrating Company, are excited about the Company’s partnership with ProData Consult to continue its strong growth trajectory.

ProData Consult, founded in 1994, is the leading business and IT consultancy firm in Denmark, headquartered in Copenhagen, and with locations in Sweden, Norway, Germany, Poland and the Netherlands with more than 800 active consultants. The acquisition of Eliantie in January 2017 follows the earlier acquisition of a Danish/Swedish competitor, Raft Consulting, in 2016 and the greenfield operation in Munich, Germany in 2015. ProData Consult generates revenues in excess of EUR 90 million.

The Dutch subsidiary of ProData Consult was established in 2013, in Gorinchem, where it is still located. Following the acquisition of Eliantie, ProData Consult Netherlands will be servicing their clients through its offices in Gorinchem and Rijswijk. Both Mr Jeroen Diederik and Mr Maurice Blanken will continue as executive management.

CFI facilitated discussions and negotiations in a process that ultimately resulted in a successful transaction with ProData Consult, which closed 27 January 2017. “We are very happy to combine our company with ProData Consult, which will allow us to further accelerate our growth plan by building on their international knowledge and experience in the field of high-end IT and especially its nearshoring activities in Poland”, commented Jeroen Diederik, CEO and selling shareholder of Eliantie. “CFI has a fantastic track record in both the IT and staffing sectors and we feel fortunate to have benefited from their added value to this transaction”, he added.
