CFI advised Europa Systems on its sale of a majority stake to Grupa Paged
Warsaw – CFI Poland advised Krzysztof MarszaÅ‚ek, the founder of Europa Systems, on his sale of the company, a producer of internal transport systems for warehouse and logistics companies. During the search for a buyer, Saski Partners reached out to a broad range of industry and financial investors, eventually selecting Grupa Paged SA. Paged bought 70% of Europa Systems for PLN 109.5 million, while Mr MarszaÅ‚ek remained as a 30% shareholder in the business.
The transaction closed on 22 August, 2014.
