CFI advised Genoyer Group on its sale of BSL Pipes & Fittings to Mutares
Paris – CFI France acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Genoyer Group for the sale of BSL to the German listed industrial holding Mutares.
BSL Pipes & Fittings is a manufacturer of pipes and fittings primarily for the oil and gas industry (LNG, refineries, onshore installations, petrochemical plants, etc.). BSL offers a complete range of pipes and fittings sizes in various materials, including standard stainless steels, nickel alloys, copper nickel alloys, Duplex and Super Duplex. In 2014, BSL realized approx. €25M of revenues.
CFI France led a competitive sale process and was actively involved in all facets of the transaction.
