Paris – CFI France acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Park & Suites on its acquisition of AppartCity to create the new French Leader on the aparthotel market.
The new group generates €200M of sales with 130 establishments.To finance the acquisition and the merger, Park & Suites has raised equity and mezzanine from Equistone Partners Europe and Idinvest.
